The article also says she was the star of the latest HUGO BOSS runway show held in Germany, in August 27th, and that the day after that she flew to Paris to shoot a campaign to a major company but her management people couldn't say to wich brand yet, apparently for legal reasons. WOW she seems to be working A LOT lately So happy for her!

She's 25, borned in Natal, is sweet, has sense of humor, and handle hours of work without loosing her charm. Take for instance the day in wich she posed for this shooting: Fernanda spent over 8 hours non stop in the studio. And she had just came back from New York: " I only stopped by home to leave the luggage and take a shower", reveals. Looking at the photos, no one would no. "I've already gotten used to sleep in planes", she says smiling. "Well, if the sit is not in the first class, it's to get comfortable", she admits, pointing to her long legs. In this photoshoot she forgets who she is to become a pin up.
She looks for the camera to show a set of sensuality and eroticism that were typical of those girls "one would close the market for", as it was used to say about Marilyn Monroe and Jane Mansfield, who were pin ups. Fernanda studies carefully every move 'til it's perfect. When she finds the balance point, the whole studio vibrate and a new the photographer applauds, and she rocks at each new shoot. "I like sensual photos."But she adds: "I'd never pose completely nude. I've seen beautiful nudes, but I've never done it and I think I'd feel embarrassed...I might wear a see-through but I have to be dressed", she demands.
Not new to the fashion world, Fernanda has already catwalked in Milan, New York and Paris for Valentino, Dior, John Galliano, Chanel, Ungaro, YSL, Gianfranco Ferre...And was the star of campaigns for Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Chloé and Gerlain. In 2003, she was voted one of the 100 sexiest woman in the world by magazine CQ. And she remains in the list this year. Lately her face appears in campaigns for L'Oréal Paris, Gap Body, Dolce & Gabbana underwear,Nine West, Rocco Barocco, Sais and Rock & Republic Jeans. "In this job you can be happy with the money you
make" she adds, "You don't even have to be a top model to make a good money. There's always some work."
Right now Fernanda spends more time in Brazil than abroad. She only travels when she has work to do and gets back once it's over. The reason of that is her 2 and a half year relationship with actor Murilo Rosa. "I don't like men that hit on me and say "you're mine". The ones that see models as objects. That has always bothered me". Fernanda is not a party girl. When asked about her measures, she stops to think and says: "I don't know. I only know I don't have standard model measures and I also know I can't get to weight 62 kilos." She's over the trauma she had on her nose(wich she thought was too big). Now she thinks it's remarkable and sensual. However there is a part of her body she hates: "My feet...they're a model feet, with
corns and wounds", she says, showing them. Does Fernanda think she's a sensual woman? "A lot of make-up artists tell me I have a sensual glance. I think I agree with them", says the lady, with the blink that has become her trademark.
