I mean the thing with those license beauty deals is that they needs to be coherent. And this isn’t.
Why would they put any effort into a fragrance campaign when they can just send out the "free sample" review bottles to every perfume expert on social media, so they can convince everyone this is the new must-have (until they declutter their collection and it's never seen again).
