If you really want to learn all about GLAs, AHAs, CLAs, EPAs and the difference between them along with the benefits to you health and body (and there are too many to list here), I would suggest picking up a copy of The Fat Flush Plan by Anne Louise Gittleman. She goes over each and every one of these and how they benefit your body. I have to mention that I take 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil every day (Barlean's is the best tasting), I also take a GLA supplement twice daily (which is what Anne Louise recommends) and my skin has become silky smooth and radiant. I can't say enough good things about it. Oh! And it hasn't made me gain an ounce.
