I just had to add my two cents into this conversation because I absolutely LOVE shoes! I think that shoes should be able to stand alone with an outfit and all of these do! Anything that will attract my eye even more than just a simple (yet elegant and classic black shoe) is a true delight!

I especially LOVE the Giuseppe Zanotti Metallic Open Toe Heels - those are GORGEOUS!!!

Don't know if they qualify as eye-popping, but here's a pair of knockoffs of some Dior runway shoes from about 3 years ago. Best part is they were CHEAP and FUN!
