In the world of WAGs, being upfront about your problems is all in a day's work.
We know how they risk their nail extensions lugging designer shopping bags and bravely face the danger of turning orange thanks to too much fake tan.
But Alex Curran has confessed to another problem - her surgically enhanced breasts are too big.

Miss Curran, who is married to Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard, has advised young women to think carefully before opting for breast enlargement.

True to her WAG roots, it is not the risks of cosmetic surgery that concern her. It is the difficulty in finding the right clothes.
'I find with larger breasts it can be harder to find clothes to fit you, so think long and hard before you do it,' she wrote in her column for New magazine.
Miss Curran, 26, went from a B to a D-cup when she had surgery at 18 in 2001.
But eight years later and now a mother of two, it seems she has had a change of heart.
In fact she is urging young women - many of whom aspire to her looks and lifestyle - to
delay breast surgery until after they have children.
'I regretted the boob job I had when I was 18,' she wrote.
'I've got used to them now, but if you're thinking about it, I would advise you to wait until you've had children before you consider a boob job because your body changes so much after that.'
She added: 'Also, I find with larger breasts it can be harder to find clothes to fit you - so think long and hard before you do it.'
Miss Curran, who has two daughters - four-year-old Lilly and two-year-old Lexie - with Gerrard, first spoke of her breast enlargement in 2005.

'Yes, I've had a boob job,' she said at the time.
'I did it to make me feel better, not for anyone else.
'Although I'm sure Steven doesn't mind them.'
But she was still embarrassed on her wedding day, when the groom's best man Jonathan Boggan cracked a risque joke about her implants during his speech.
Reflecting on the successes enjoyed by Gerrard, he added: 'none more so than when you got Alex's jugs done'.

Any A-list American stars looking for somewhere to party after the MTV Europe Music Awards last night didn't need to to look too far- they simply had to follow Alex Curran.
Liverpool's leading WAG was thrilled her hometown was hosting such a star-studded bash and continued the night's festivities at one of city's top nightspots, the Newz Bar.
Dressed in a black and white playsuit with patent high-heels, the 26-year-old left husband Steven Gerrard and their two daughters at home for a night out by the Mersey.
By the early hours of this morning, Curran looked ready for bed as she left the bar clutching a bottle of water and covering her face with her hands as she jumped into a taxi with a female pal.
Curran wasn't the only WAG at the MTV Awards - Louise Owen arrived with her husband Michael Owen.

Stunning Elen Rives is moving out of their London home with their two children. A pal said: “The passion has gone.”
Elen gave the England ace the boot after a heartbreak holiday away from him in Florida, we can reveal.
When she returned the Chelsea star pleaded with his fiancee to stay with him for the sake of their little daughters . . . but Elen, 30, insisted there was no way back.
Now Lampard has bought her a house ten minutes from their £3 million family home so he can stay close to Luna, two, and one-year-old Isla.
His spokesman told us last night: “No one else is involved.”
But the wayward midfielder, also 30, has twice been caught cheating on Elen since they got together in 2001.

Lampard was last seen out with his family in December at the Winter Wonderland attraction in London’s Hyde Park.
In January, he and Elen enjoyed a last public meal at Knightsbridge restaurant Zuma as the Chelsea team bade farewell to Manchester City-bound defender Wayne Bridge, 28.
That night, Elen went on with him to the swanky Whisky Mist nightclub on Park Lane but left early while Lampard and his pals lived it up in the VIP area.

“A seething, noisy throng is not the ideal start to a relationship, yet the moment I saw her I was smitten.”
Their relationship started shortly after Lampard’s £11 million transfer from West Ham United to Chelsea, and he credits it with making him a man.
In his book, Totally Frank, he said: “I knew Elen was right for me—my heart was shouting it out.”
Last year the star suffered personal heartache with the sudden death of his mother Pat last April.
Our source said: “Frank may well have moved on but Pat’s death left him needing his family more than ever.
“There are a lot of factors behind the break-up. It’s enormously sad. Elen will move out very soon. Obviously Frank will make sure the kids don’t want for anything. It is all very amicable.”
The couple also have a £4million detached home in Esher, Surrey, as well as the London townhouse.

Frank, 30, and Elen, 29, have remained living under the same roof at their £3million townhouse in South-West London.
The pair are determined the split will be amicable and Frank is helping find Elen a house nearby so he can be close to their children, who are aged one and three
The friend added: “Frank is keen to remain friends and he can’t bear to be too far from the girls.”
Just last month Frank spoke for the first time about the loss of his mum, who was always in the stands watching her son play.
He said: “It is a huge gap in my life and very hard to handle.

Torres’ girlfriend Olalla pregnant
Liverpool striker Fernando Torres is to be a father as his girlfriend Olalla Domínguez Liste is pregnant.
The Spanish international is planning to marry Olalla, reportedly in Santiago de Compstela, northen Spain.
Torres is set to invite his Liverpool and ex-Atletico Madrid teammates along with Rafael Benitez and others including Guillem Balague.
The wedding will not be a huge and will only have his and Olalla’s closest friends.

Elen Rives clearly has no plans to adjust her lifestyle just yet.
The former fiancée of Frank Lampard headed out to Harrods for a spot of shopping following the news of her split from the Chelsea footballer.
Elen, who has two daughters Luna, two, and Isla, one, with the England midfielder, has called time on their seven-year relationship.
She is understood to have reached her decision while on holiday in Florida last month.

Yesterday the pair were locked in crisis talks as they discussed where she will live, visiting rights and a possible settlement.
Friends of Lampard have put the split down to the trauma brought on by the death of his mother Pat in April.
But the seeds of the break-up appear to have been sown when Miss Rives, 30, twice endured allegations of his infidelity.
Friends of the model said she has never forgiven him for his alleged fling with an Eastern European brunette during a boys' only jaunt to Las Vegas two years ago.
Lampard, 30, was pictured with the woman by a tabloid newspaper and is said to have spent four hours with her in a villa.
'Elen felt humiliated by the whole episode,' said a friend.
'Frank has also never given her an adequate explanation for what he was doing, so it has simply festered.
'He has also not followed through on his promise to make her his wife - but it is the Las Vegas trip which has done all the real damage.'
Lampard had been accused of playing away before.
In 2006 a woman claimed she had sex with him at a hotel in Barcelona - Miss Rives's home city.
The footballer, meanwhile, is said to have been enraged to discover in a Sunday newspaper that his fiancée had been married before.
A friend of Lampard said: 'There was Elen going on to Frank about the importance of being honest with one another when she had been married and never told him.'

Last night a source close to the former air hostess said: 'Elen told Frank two weeks ago that neither of them could go on living a lie - that the relationship was over.'
Miss Rives has seen a solicitor about the split from Lampard, who is thought to be paid £120,000 a week.

The friend added: 'She has been told that although they never married, she can expect around £10million.'
But Ayesha Vardag, a lawyer specialising in high-value divorce cases, said that while she did not know the details, that sounded 'awfully high'.
Lampard and Miss Rives spent much of yesterday at their £3million Chelsea home, where she is staying until she finds somewhere else.
Leaving to take his daughters Luna, two, and one-year-old Isla for a short drive, Lampard refused to comment, merely saying: 'We will not be making a formal announcement. Please leave us alone.'
Miss Rives left later in a taxi. She said: 'I can't comment on anything I'm afraid. I am sorry.'

Elen Rives clearly has no plans to adjust her lifestyle just yet.
The former fiancée of Frank Lampard headed out to Harrods for a spot of shopping following the news of her split from the Chelsea footballer.
Elen, who has two daughters Luna, two, and Isla, one, with the England midfielder, has called time on their seven-year relationship.
She is understood to have reached her decision while on holiday in Florida last month.

Elen can expect up to half of Lampard's £25million fortune even though she never married him, but she may have to sign a confidentiality agreement.
