in fact i don't understand that coverage clearly:ninja:coz Mario Sorrenti is also italian(am i right[SIZE=-1]?born in Naples...so i think he is[/SIZE] italian).......

..more confused about the coverage now..coz come of think of it today..paolo roversi is also italian..based in paris,right?

for any italian tfser or anyone good at italian...on style.it you can click into a link..she was being interviewed..in front of many vogue italias:lol:guess she was talking about her magazine...hope some can translate what she said in the clip..briefly...that would be great;)
 
she is so good at her job at Vogue Italia, she definatly knows how to make money with the Black Issue e.t.c
 
Franca definitely has a curator's eyes; not primarily concerned with making money money money.

Franca Sozzani,
editor in chief, Italian Vogue: “What is happening in New York has not affected Italy yet, we’ve had a good year,” said Sozzani, adding that she hadn’t detected any reflection of the economic climate in the collections. As for the likelihood of the industry’s doom and gloom affecting her magazine’s editorial direction, she said: “No way, not at all. There are more than enough commercial magazines out there to take care of that.”
