FRANCES HOWIE, made fantastic dip-dyed fringed evening dresses which would be a joy to wear. The entire show was a thrill to watch: it was so well edited, and showed such talent. With all the papers going on and on about how nobody comes to London, this was proof that talent is bred here. Student designers are free to really express themselves and it shows. We may not have the biggest Fashion Week in the world but we undoubtedly have a very exciting future.
