So much love for Fred

You seem supremely comfortable in your own skin. Does that help you navigate a competitive industry?
I don't see the industry as competitive, because I refuse to play that part. I've seen a lot of close friends spend way too much time thinking about how people see them. I'm very calm about my career. I had quite a tough background; my dad passed away when I was 11. I've been a grown-up ever since. When I started modelling, I decided I would never let it get me down. I will only be in this for as long as it brings me up.
