^Hmm...usually in the case of unusual characters we will keep it as close to the standard alphabet as possible, mainly because for people who don't know how to type characters like "æ" on their keyboards it would be impossible for them to search for her by name.

Also, if she works internationally she'll likely modify her surname to Elskaer for logistical purposes anyway
