She's really pretty, charming, and intelligent...and I enjoyed the movie, but her performance in my opinion was nothing noteworthy. But these awards are usually about the hype, anyway. Nevertheless, better her than some other.

I agree. I was more impressed with Dev's acting. But this was her first film, so she did pretty well considering...

Holy crap, she looks almost exactly like of my mother in that candid shot, except darker. It is really disconcerting!

And yeah, Dev was great. And it's not really her fault, the role she played was nothing more than a damsel in distress, so there was only so much she was going to get to do. And she did do really well in some scenes. I'm looking forward to seeing her get more complex stuff.

That poster goes to a school where girls who looks like Charlotte Casiraghi are average according to her, so I guess it makes sense Freida would not get a second look.

I think Freida is gorgeous but is lacking something. May be charisma.
