Freja Beha Erichsen

If you go to the website, http://www.twinfactory.co.uk/buy, you can buy it online or there's a few shops where it's available.

I was at the Twin Magazine launch party in shoreditch last thursday. Well it was in the biscuit building close to brick lane. The biscuit building is home to Relative PR who I think are running the Magazine.

I met Celestine Cooney who is the Fashion editor and also Francesca Gavin who is the Art/Features editor. It was a pretty cool party, free booze till late and a couple of funky dj's. They weren't exactly handing out copies of the magazine though- Francesca was buying a couple of copies herself when i met her. It comes bound in a hardbook and I have to say i was impressed. Also bumped into the stylist who worked on the Freja shoot, something Irwin, I think, Australian girl. She said that Freja was uber cool to work with. I love the editorial, shot by a fellow Irish man but the shot with her boobs out could have been left out in my opinion. I told the stylist this in person but she said she loved the shot.

I'm sure it'll be scanned and posted here soon... cheers, Hugh http://hughomalley.com

Many thanks for a information,

I don't think the HQ pictures for Freja's J Brand campaign were ever posted ...

It's A Twin Thing

Jessica Bumpus
05 November 2009

LAUNCHING in London tonight is Twin - a new magazine from Rebecca Smith - former creative director of cult fashion magazine Lula - and Vogue's Aimee Farrell.

Described as being closer to a book than a magazine (with hardback covers for each bi-annual issue), Twin combines art and fashion via a carefully considered aesthetic and holds a "substance over surface" motto.
"I wanted to peel back the 'gloss' of other magazines and go back to basics. A good old-fashioned book, well made with unique covers - each one numbered for that personal touch," explains Smith, adding that she "went through loads of names but that just stuck....again it felt 'one of a kind'".

Lending their creative talents to the first issue are Carol Ann Duffy - the first female poet laureate - who curates a poetry portfolio, photography by Garance Dore - girlfriend of The Sartorialist - and Freja Beha Erichson, who features in one of the magazine's shoots.

For each hardback bi-annual issue there will be a limited edition run of bespoke covers. Twin is available online at www.twinfactory.co.uk and from selected outlets including Liberty, B-Store and Matches.

Natalia Vodianova Campaign Chatter

With two days off, the weekends are prime time for gossip to begin. So when Monday morning rolls around, everyone’s itching to discuss mounting rumors, and today’s just as chatty as any other: The Imagist is reporting that Natalia Vodianova’s set to star in a Spring 2010 campaign for a blue chip brand.
Of course we’re pondering just like everyone else. One more hint alludes that she’ll be posing alongside one of her good friends…another icon.
Already Louis Vuitton is out since Lara Stone has been named the face of that campaign, Karlie Kloss wil model for Dior, Chanel chose Claudia Schiffer and Freja Beha Erichsen, while Dolce & Gabbana reportedly scooped up Madonna. It’s not Versace, since new darling Georgia May Jagger was just confirmed.
During the Spring shows, Natalia only walked for Stella McCartney, but she’s already confirmed for the Yves Saint Laurent campaign. So just which other campaign will she be adding to the list this season
OMG! :buzz:  :crush:
