This is in Cambridge, MA, in Harvard Square. The picture doesn't show quite how cool it is, because it's this little forgotten corner and the sculpture is sort of smushed in there, it's great!

“Glass is
a magical material
that's made with human breath.” —Dale Chihuly

About the Artist
Dale Chihuly is primarily lauded for moving blown glass out of the confines of small, precious objects and into the realm of large-scale contemporary sculpture. Born in 1941 in Tacoma, Washington, he was introduced to glass while studying interior design at the University of Washington. In 1968, Chihuly was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to work at the Venini factory in Venice, Italy. In 1971 he co-founded Pilchuck Glass School, in Stanwood, Washington.

The prodigious artist creates complex, multipart sculptures of dramatic beauty and is known for such memorable installation exhibitions as Chihuly Over Venice (1995–96), Chihuly in the Light of Jerusalem 2000, and Chihuly at the V&A (2001) at London’s Victoria and Albert Museum. His work can be seen in the collections of more than 200 museums worldwide.

Tom Otterness's cute sculptures scattered throughout New York City, most notably in Battery Park City, and 2, 3 subway line 14th Street stops. I love these, they always make me smile whenever I stumble upon them.

The Angel, just in case you haven't seen it before... it's actually in Gateshead but let's all just pretend it's in Newcastle, eh.

I remember this one from the movie "The one and only" (I think that was the title)

faust, google is not a valid source, it's the search engine...
could you please credit the pictures correctly, thanks!:flower:
