Game of Thrones

Sand Snakes were a bit of a letdown, but we'll see...
I looove the fact that they've been constantly dropping *spoiler* R+L=J *spoiler* hints :brows:

Correct. Keisha Castle Hughes. Apparently after her Oscar nomination, mismanagement and maybe her ego got to her, and she fell off the radar. Or maybe it was that Oscar curse. But nice to see her again.

Ugh, I'm so disappointed with that scene. Yeah it wasn't as bad as in the books and they were somewhat "tasteful" in how they shot it (thank god no nudity from Sophie Turner and it was off screen) but still.... what's even worse is that it was a young girl (14 or so) having her virginity taken away by r*pe along with cruelty, psychological abuse and humiliation. (Having Theon watch)

As far as people saying it was her wedding night, she knew what to expect and would go with it willingly (shown by her saying "I'll be a married woman when you return" to Littlefinger and going forward with it with Tyrion before he stopped it) and it would have been somewhat of a decent night if it was with anyone else but it had to be with Ramsay and she found out about him before she could walk away.

I had secretly hoped she had her dagger in her sleeve when getting undressed and used it to kill Ramsay when he tried anything against her, her beautiful white dress covered with blood and her somewhat avenging her family and saving herself as well, THAT would have been character development (and a nice throwback to Cersei saying "the best weapon is between your legs" and Shae pulling up her skirt and showing a dagger saying "No one is r*ping me)... she didn't need anymore reasons to hate this family. After she could have then proceeded to....

(SPOILER/well... Assumption based on what does happen in the book to the character Sansa took over)

Run away from Winterfell (easily done since she knows the castle like no other and with help of Northern loyalists, maybe meet Brienne/Pod along the way again and then finally meet Stannis who can take care of Roose for her.

I already mentioned her dress, but I want to post it one more time, it was so beautiful, especially how simple it was but also very Northern and regal she looked, a proper ice queen really. My jaw dropped when they showed her.

I havent read the books so I was hoping that Theon would kill Ramsay trying to redeem himself in front of Sansa... or at least tried to hurt him.

Her wedding dress was everything! I was in love with it. It totally fits the northern environment as opposed to the wedding dress Margery wore (which was also exquisite). The costumes are brilliant. Even the faceless men outfits...it has some kind of bib on the front, which seems like one can just pull it up over the face and then change faces, but when Ja'qen changed faces he didn't use it.

I personally cannot wait for the showdown between the Queen of Thorns and Cersei. That look she gave her in the last scene...

Ugh, her wedding dress is perfection! she looked like gothic Elsa (considering the people she is surrounded with and the whole atmosphere)

The last scene... I don't even know what to say...

^ Agreed. Joffrey's cruel madness was born of ego, Ramsay just seems batsh*t crazy.

^Kit Harrington can sing surprisingly well. Peter Dinklage wasn't so bad either.
Emilia Clarke doing a reggae style song.
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jamie Lannister) - "It's the first romantic ballad about incest in Coldplay's career".

Did someone watch episode 8? It was really intense. There is something I didn't get: SPOILER -> Was it Jon Snows sword that killed the White Walker, the one that he got from his father?

It was the one that Jorah's dad (Jeor, Commander of the Night's Watch) gave him, it was made out of Valyrian steel (which Ned Starks sword was made of as well, but now that sword was made into two by Tywin, Brienne has one and I assume Tommen has the one Joffrey was gifted, Littlefinger also has a Valaryan steel dagger), which is forged from dragon fire like dragon glass. Basically anything made with dragon fire can defeat them.... cue in Dany...

omg, yesterday's episode was INSANE :woot::shock: can't believe there's only two episodes left :( this season has gone so fast...

I have to say, this season started off with such a bang, then it plateaued, and this week's episode brought it back to life! (see what I did there)

I do miss Ricken and Asha, wondering when we'll see Bran this season, and sooo many crossroads coming together!

Isaac (Bran) will be back in Season 6. They only left him out because his character had caught up with the books.

@oh me: it is actually Lord Commander Mormont's Valyrian stell sword, Longclaw. He gave it to Jon Snow for saving his life back in the first season/book
