^I can't find the trench coat on their website, so I'm not sure if it's even available yet. Can anyone else help me with this?

i went into my local gap store today and they had something similar to what liya was wearing (same exact sleeve design). but it had deep pockets and was more like a cargo jacket 100$+ as well.

^Thanks for the information! I find Gap coats gorgeous, but the prices are a bit out of my range. (I can't justify spending $100+ on a coat unless I know I'll wear it often.)

yah, i was @ gap today too. they had the "full metal jacket" thing with the hood and wire in it, the trench coat with the steel particles (that's sure to rust here living by the beach, not to mention the skin irratation!) and a parka/anorak thing...if anyone figures out that trench, lemme know. she looks fabulous in it and i need a light colored lightweight spring coat

you know, i think it's this metalic one....it's supposed to have steel in it, and it's scratchy to the skin....what a bummer! i tried it on and it's the nicest fit, if only the steel fibers didn't make your skin crawl....so sad! i was hoping it's be nice soft cotton....or jersey!

the good thing about the gap is that stuff goes onsale for soooo cheap.

Gap is always very basic...and that's the way it should be! A few seasons ago when they tried to trend it up I was not impressed.
