Garage #11 Fall/Winter 2016 by Phil Poynter

I get that it is Snapchat themed but I don't like the Snapchat layout ruining an otherwise beautiful image.

Retouched so much that it doesn't even look like her. I'm getting strong Rihanna vibes here instead.

Is it intentional on their part to have her look like a young Lauren Hill?

I love how that girl photographs, she reminds me of Tyra and Rihanna

isn't it made intentionally for a play on the Snapchat filters?

This is too much of a "professionally taken" picture to coincide with the Snapchat theme. Not even the Kardashians or Jenners have photos like this lol. Garage is so hit or miss, I usually love half an issue and absolutely hate rest. This is trying a bit too hard to be cool for my liking, pass.

Really great issue, got it yesterday.
Kendall also has a cover, it's simple and beautiful, but Willow's cover and images really highlight that Kendall doesn't have anything to emote behind the eyes.

Snaps mine:

What do these images have anything to do with stopping bully?

It looks like quite a solid issue from what I remember, aside from the nepotism alert main story.

Lagerfeld, Knight, Demarchelier and Debusschere all have stories. I would remember more if I wasn't zombified at the moment.

- Jamie Bochert, Ruth Bell and some others are in Karl's edit. It doesn't look like his style at all
- Molly Bair, Ruth Bell, Lorena Maraschi and others in Knight's edit. Sort of looks a bit like something for W.
- Vanessa Axente, Lexi, Maria Borges and one or two others in Demarchelier's edit. Paul Cavaco styled, it's a sports injury theme and looks really good, but too short (8 pages, disgrace!)
- Yasmin Wijnaldum has a stoic edit. Can't remember the photographer.
- Another edit by Phil Poynter but can't seem to remember much about it.

Love that story with Guinevere.
I remember seeing previews on insta of that sport injuries ed by Demarchelier, and indeed it looked really nice !

Today, GARAGE Magazine announces a new, limited-edition Burberry cover for Issue 11. Readers can reveal the new September collection by Burberry on the day of their show (Sep 19) from 8pm (BST) by scanning the cover and feature inside with the GARAGE Mag app.

GARAGE has always strived to produce distinctive content that synergizes print and digital entities with app technology. “Burberry Masque”, with Burberry, continues this feat. Scanning the cover and in-feature imagery — by using the GARAGE Mag app — will produce original video content, superimposed onto the pages. Key pieces from the collection — modeled by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley — will be revealed in four exciting ways.
