when i opened the page on nowfashion i literally said 'what is this mess???'

i guess some pieces are nice (the white gown, some of the red pieces, the leather cape-dress is amazing) but wtf? i like creepy, but this is just messy and truly distracting - and the majority of the clothes is just not good

It's so bad, this collection is strong in its ugliness, but it doesn't work. Oh well, nobody will wear it (ShowStudio excluded).

The collection reminds me of a mysterious fashionista/guest who always wearing a PVC suit that covers her face. And then the masks also remind me of Margiela. The red looks are the best part of the collection. To sums up this collection in a word, "kitsch", maybe.

In a vacuum, I really like it - it's very camp, glamourous, and sexy, in a twisted kind of way, and reminds me a lot of his earlier days. However, Gareth's work is, like it or not, distinctive - and beside the masks and wigs (which have also been done before), there's nothing distinctive about this; in fact, it's very derivative.

It was kinda nice to see him break free from his usual darkness for a change, and I quite like the Leigh Bowery, Chelsea clublife vibe. I just wish the clothes were... better. One of the qualities of Gareth is that his clothes are always a spectacle, so rich of craftsmanship. But this time they looked so cheap, so lazy. A bummer.

I love Devine so the hair and makeup don't do much to me. It's good he's going back to his fun, off-Saint Martins days, I missed it.
