i love that she reuses items she loves, like that bling-ified diamond sparkly necklace thing.

unfortunately i think it ruined that particular outfit.

the black dress and jacket would have been fine without the bling methinks.

are you sure? Maybe i'm wrong but it's just that i've seen the multi chained necklace thing worn with other things she owns.

like a tank style silk top and a short tunic dress for example.

i don't think it's a part of the dress embroidery at all,

in the following pics you can see that it's the same necklace (and even layered with other chains of the same style)- and has been worn with different tops.

it's just wierd to me that the chains and the stones on them seem to be the same from top to top, that's all.

very confusing.

maybe she designed it herself and affixes the chains to fit each dress/top that she wants to bling-ify? That's the only thing i can think of. Otherwise it makes no sense that the chains are the same.
