i think it scales well on a man. i'm about his height and build and it looked great on me. the bag is empty though, right? it seems a bit too limp which is a little unrealistic, especially for me since i carry a ton...

i tried it diff ways at barneys and it looks great stuffed to the max w/the strap taken off...briefcase-like [like this--]

I wonder why the patent blue is so expensive, on the Barneys book that I receive today, the black patent nightingale with pockets is only $1895...I don't know what size it is but it's hard to imagine such dramatic difference...

Ooh...get it! Btw, there is a slight difference in the shoulder strap as there is no zipper on it but other than that and the pockets it looks identical!

barneys has the medium calf nightingale in stock now... in both ivory and black, just like lvr... 1295!! ... so that makes the maxi 1495???

No barneys stores had it But they confirmed the price is $1800. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that lvr will get a return
