GG: My bf. actually think this bag works on me while when I tried on the XL muse it was just waaaay too big on me, this bag is BIG but not overwhelming!
Congrats on the Givenchy, I know your heart is really set on the blue though, hope you get hold of it!

I really do love mine it is perfect for an everyday bag.

igotgoodjeans, i've just heard some bad things about the lining being only cotton, the zippers etc. I might be wrong though!

I regret not buying this bag when I saw it on sale for only $700-something a few months ago.

Besides Barneys and the Givenchy boutiques what other department stores carry Givenchy bags?

^ on sale for $700!! bring that price back baby! i havent seen it anywhere other than barneys and givenchy boutiques... i know most of u guys love the maxi but i am totally drooling over the medium - i have a couple of other big bags that are suitable in that size and the medium will be better for me. yes, you will be mine soon...

lol...well, it looks good on you! But I still feel it looks too big for Ashely Olsen...it's all about angles and proportions, and you made it work

theres a brown suede maxi in LVR on sale- really good price- what u guys think? almost 1000 euros less then the current maxis..and since i have a bikrin as a next purchase- i think its a good bargain..what do you guys think?

^ huh? it is suede.... but the name of the nightingale used to be chiguire (the world's largest rodent) before they changed it to something more people could pronounce.

anyway, get it if you want....it's gorgeous
and it's better that someone i actually like snatches it from under my nose instead of someone i can't stand...

UniQ I'm personally not a fan, I don't like the shade of brown and it also looks like it would attract dust also it's very winter-y. Well, I don't like it at all.
