ashley olsen, vanessa traina (one of the traina sisters), nicole's friend masha, and our own chauss all have the MAXI, which is the largest size.....and the size that i think best shows off the nightingale's uniqueness/rocker-chic-ness. nicole richie has the medium (new leather, gold h/w). i think sienna miller and french vogue's melanie huynh have also been photographed with the medium, but the original leather w/ gunmetal h/w version. afaik that bag comes in two sizes only, maxi or medium.

i personally loooove the maxi!....especially masha's maxi -- a newer thicker distressed leather (diff't from nicole's) with the original thick strap (that has a zipper) + gunmetal h/w + shiny ostrich handles....yum! there are up-close photos of masha's bag in nicole's thread.

I really want one of the original Nightingales, but I'm really afraid to buy off eBay since everything seems fake.

i actually woudnt mind a fake that looked authentic, but i'd be embarrassed if anyone knew :S but if it was a leather bag, then only leather will do!

Rochasfile... I would say that is fake. There is just something off about it. Not to mention that the seller is claiming its a large, but the one he has pictures of is def a medium. Just not trustworthy.

not the most practical bag ever (the lining is also satin in robins egg blue), but it's gorgeous.

i've never seen one like this before, but it has to be authentic since this seller only has authentic stuff.

It's not the worst bag I've seen but I definitely don't like the contrast between the leather and sating. How do the handles not weigh down the fabric?
