i like the red!!!!..... i was wondering the same thing....... i don't know if they ever made it in red..... i've never seen it on Barney's NY website

they're all fake on ebay. i've only seen authentic ones maybe 3 times within the past 6 months.
usually you can tell it's authentic because the price is close to retail. 800+

there is a used authentic ivory medium size for 795 right now

i was wondering the same thing because i saw certain details in bags that are supposedly fake but aren't on the real ones. would counterfeiters really go the extra mile and add things that aren't already there? seems a little crazy

hmm, im sorry I guess some people have no shame in wearing a counterfit. I personally would rather buy a nicely made no name brand then a knockoff, thats just my opinion.

anyways, did the nightingale come in a dark plum/purple color? I saw chelsea handler on her show tonight was wearing one during her CPR skit, I almost died!! eek..purple is my FAV color..where the heck can I get a purple one from? someone?

but yeah it's auth...it's the new style like nicole richie's. i think i remember barneys calls it "brown"
it was on the website but i guess it sold out.

alejandro- wow, im glad I wasnt the only one watching her show LOL....her bag definitely looked plum/purple..that bag is brown poo color lmao. I really want a deep purple like what hers looked...your right she just flung it on her shoulders like nothing..but I was shocked at how trendy she is sometimes lol

^ oh hunny, thats what I said when I saw it..Chelsea Handler was wearing it on her show " the chelsea handler show" it was definitely authentic because shes always wearing designer shoes and clothes on her show. It was a nice plum purple, I almost fell off the chair when I saw it, it was the most gorgeous shade of purple I have seen. ugh, seriously Im going to call and ask around tommorrow for more info.

it was the brown, it wasn't purple.

it definitely looked brown on my tv. i even recorded it to my tivo.

the closest to purple i've seen is the new deep marine blue at barneys , but it's also very close to black (at least on pics).

I agree w/Ale that woman.. does NOT SUIT Givenchy you need a little special "something" to make the bag stand out as yes..it IS a plain bag but only a few can make it look 'wow'. It's darkness about it... it's just soooo Givenchy its like the bag is a really good spokesperson for the brand..lol!

That's why I love it.
