Gladiator Sandals

I can't decide whether I want high gladiators or medium gladiators.... I think the low ones make your feet look a bit too chunky.

they can look chunky and unattractive...
it all depends on the width of the straps and the placement of the ankle straps in particular....
not all gladiators are created equal...

if one pair doesn't work for you ..doesn't mean another pair won't...
it's worth trying a few..

ie-the light leather ones are easier than thick black straps
another tip- try finding a pair that doesn't have an ankle strap but a slingback instead...
or instead of a double wrap around the ankle..only a single strap...
all of these lighten up the look and make gladiators easier to wear...



there really is a pair for everyone imo...

What do you girls think of the aurelia gladiator fitflop by kirna zabete? they are suppose to give your legs a nice workout without sacrificing style.

does anyone know if bakersshoes.com ships internationally? I just saw the SATC movie and I NEED those dior shoes..but my overdraft won't stretch that far, however much i try and they seem to do a fairly good R.O.

I bought a pair in patent leather yesterday.. they come up to the ankles.

They dont look cumbersome since they are narrow and fit snugly

Those are kinda nice, they'd look dumb on me, i'm waaay too short.

Side note though, why did they have to include the models crotch in this shot.. couldn't they have figured a way to crop that out... all i see is a cheetah-encased crotch staring at me.

LOL I croped the photos from their website and I don't think they sell sandals, i just saw them and fell in love....next time i'll make sure i'll ou of the pic the model's crotch

i have the topshop one's u mentioned ilovepink....the ones that go up to the knee, they are fab...but they take ages to put on because of all the buckles!! i'm going into town to pick up a pair of gold snakeskin one's from faith, will post pics once i have them, i am obsessed with this trend!!

I am intrigued by the idea of the gladiator fit-flop - it really appeals to a couch-potato like me. Perhaps it's a little gimmicky, but the gladiator design is not all that bad, does anyone know how much the fit-flop is going for?

^^ i believe it's $150. i'm intrigued by the style too but the top looks kind of odd like there's padding around it. And the sole is a little too thick for my liking.

I bought a great pair in Greece!
The knee high were nowhere to be seen though so I got ankle high ones but they're really pretty and the color is great! Hopefully they wont get any darker from the sun

I called a few weeks ago and they said that even if you order over the phone they won't ship to Canada. Seeing that you are overseas it's likely the same thing. I know... sad.
