thing is, i want to buy a new face cream but don't know which one. i am having no more pimples, as i used to in the past, but evil, damn blackheads ( ) and the funny thing, my skin is normal oily but from using drying products and so in is dry at the same time *doh* so i am searching for a cream that is against blackheads/unclean skin, doesn't dry and doesn't make my skin look greasy and is avaible in austria XD

anyone has an idea?

I'm not sure if this would be what you're looking for, but I use Body Shop's "Vitamin E Illuminating Face Cream" - it really works on me (I have dry skin though) :flower:

Also, if you have oily skin perhaps you should use a fash wash for oily skin and against blackheads and then a face cream for normal skin? Maybe using consistently 'anti-oil' products just over dries your skin?

Could it be that you by using these products that dry out your skin make the surface of your skin go into an overproduction of sebum?
If you start using gentler cleansing products I'd imagine you could correct part of your problem ( I'm clearly guessing here since I haven't seen your skin)
Something like the Shu Uemura cleansing oil might help you out http://www.thefashionspot.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19072

As for the blackheads you might want to have a look at the blackhead thread :

I think the aspirin-mask (you basically make it with crushed aspirins) would be good for your skin as well ..if you want to read more about it try doing a search in 'aspirin' in skin & hair care

According to a member - a great blackhead mask : http://www.thefashionspot.com/forums/showpost.php?p=704138&postcount=140

thank you :)
i've searched for the aspirin mask and it sounds good i'll definitly try it but we only have "aspro" at home is that same as aspirin? *isn't quit sure* otherwise i'll have to wait until monday to buy aspirin.....

i just searched at google and aspro and aspirin apears to be the same just from a different concern ^^
oh and one more question with how much yoghurt/water do i have to mix the aspirin?

heard loads of good review for creme de la mer! anyone know why la mer creme are so expensive?

But i really can't afford it
i rather spend those money on clothes tbh

if u got normal oily skin, try clinique moisturizing "GEL"! i use that in the summer and it is great  is better to use moisturizing gel if u got oily skin =)

I use Vichy's Oligo day cream (the green one) and it's really good. It cleanses and make my skin look fresh and healthy. I also have to mention the Oligo cleansing foam/mousse, it's brilliant. It's long lasting and cleanses your skin perfectly without making your skin feel "tight". It also exfoliates your skin very gently.

Declor, if your budget can stand it, is an excellent line. I'm sorry, I don't know if its available in Austria. For the more budget-minded, Olay does an excellent line of very gentle skin care.

I completely agree with the posting that overcleansing can make matters worse. May I suggest a monthly facial too with a good esthetician to help get your skin balanced?
