WOW there was alot of bad looks.
But i liked Pink and Jennifer Hudson: just beautiful as always and that Debbie Menonoupaeus(sp?)was gorgues aswell.
Christina A. needs to stop with the voltage of fake hair its so unflattering.

Best ~

Pink ~ I was actually quite shocked that she looked as good as she did. No doubt she has a naturally pretty face and a good body (just keep your abdomen covered up Missy!) but she trumped everyone last night. Go Pink!

Rihanna ~ Just when I thought she would bring out another short ensemble worn with pin straight long hair, she surprised me by looking lovely in green with a short bob. I'm glad someone informed her that it doesn't take short and tight for one to appear enticing.

Corrine Bailey ~ Not only was her performance with John & John (Mayor, Legend) great but she herself looked youthful and fresh in her simple yet sweet dress.

Ludacris ~ I had been on the fence pertaining to his haircut from jump but last night I must say he looked so handsome and I have been converted to the 'like' side.

Scarlett Johansson - This is probably the best I have ever seen her look. Hopefully her new career venture (singing) will be as good as her look last night.


Worst ~

Nelly Furtado ~ Say it Right? No! Don't say anything at all. There is not enough excuses in the world to give that mess a pass. The dress, the hair? *smdh*

Beyonce ~ Oooh..What a fancy envelope.

Christina Aguilera ~ I was so disappointed with her arrival ensemble. It was quite hideous to me, the only thing that I loved about the look was the jewelry, yet it wasn't enough to save her from being one of my worst dressed. Lol.

Hilary Duff ~ Let the rain fall down and shield my eyes...

John Mayor ~ I have never been a fan of the "I want to appear as if I don't care" look. Oh and get a hair cut. kthanx


Close but no cigar ~

Christina Ricci- I loved everything but the hair.

Jennifer Hudson ~ And I am telling YOU...invest in a bra.

Shakira ~ Great dress but why the hair? Aren't your non lying hips enough of a distraction from your voice?

Ciara ~ I actually liked the look just not on her. It seems as if she rummaged through Rihanna's closet or something.



Performances: The Good, The Bad and The Screech ~


I enjoyed: Gnarles Barkely, I wasn't even a fan of that song (Crazy) but their performance last night to me was the best of the night. The Dixie Chicks were also good (not sure they deserved AOTY but whatever). Corrine along with John Mayor & John Legend was a brilliant idea that went off without a hitch..just so much talent upon that stage. Carrie & Rascal Flatts were also pretty darn good, Carrie singing Desperado?



The bad & The Screech: I love MJB but I wasn't feeling her rendition of 'Be Without You' last night. Justin? The hell...Not sure about anyone else but I was scared during his first performance. Beyonce was boring. Then there was the Screech....Christina, Christina, Christina for the life of me I don't understand why after all of this time you are still trying to prove to everyone that you can sing. That performance was gawd-awful, the theatrics were not in honor of James Brown but her showing off and ending up caterwauling (sounding like a cat being drowned...) and over-singing, did I mention that screech? I know the press and many others actually enjoyed it and thats fine everyone is entitled to their opinion but to me Christina didn't emulate JB's soul but rather she did a faux pas rendition of what soul is. Chris Brown...Um we get it you can dance but baby its time to work on them vocals as oppose to pop locking and whatnot.

Dressing down at an award show is not rebellious, it´s just silly...and dated. Many greater guys have done it before you were born. I mean...C´Mon!!!
Your girl showed up in a designer frock and you looked like a high school boy.
