I think the fashion is rather uninspired. I do really like the shimmer of Cate Blanchett's dress. It looks like a lot of the nominees didn't show.

I think Reese looks great...a lot of the other women seem over-dressed/pagenty. Cate B. is glowing; her skin is so flawless! Helen Mirren looks quite nice as well.

Is it just me or is awards show fashion getting more and more stale? There's no flare anymore. Everyone dresses in the 'normal evening dress' you could get at Macy's.

No, you're not alone for sure. Those are my thoughts exactly. And I hate how people act like stars have such natural great style when all I see is safe monotony. Try something new, people.

Helen Mirren is a goddess. Love that look on her. I think that's my favorite look at the moment.

Rachel McAdam's dress is way too short. But she does look cute.

Ellen Pompeo: her hair looks much better when she wears it in loose waves around her face. She looks odd with it pulled so tightly back like that. Also, I could jump through her earrings, wth. Not a good look for her.

Cate Blanchett looks lovely, but the length of her dress bothers me. I wish it went over her shoes.

Love how Reese Witherspoon looks tonight, but it's very similar to her GG dress. And marginally boring.
