Well Meredith's mother was awful and her dad is apparently worse (what an a**hole), it's no wonder Mer is so mess up. The chief on the other hand was very sweet and understanding.
I liked tonights episode, it was good but not great, but sooo much better than last one. Really looking forward for next week finale, I want to see the wedding.

Former Reunion star, Chyler Leigh has been offered a multiple episode contract. Her character was introduced to Dr. McDreamy Shepherd ( Patrick Dempsey ) and suggests a (white writing ->) possible new obstacle that will come between him and Meredith Grey ( Ellen Pompeo ). (<-white writing) Another woman may be coming onto the canvas for McDreamy but its not of the romantic nature. Though its not confirmed, Tiffani Thiessen is in talks with ABC after an unsuccessful stint on What About Brian to join as a psychiatrist, possibly one of Shepherd's sisters. Grey's Anatomy ends Season 3 on Thursday May 17, 9 p.m. on ABC.
