I'm undecided about this look.

The proportions seem a little peculiar - the dress is overly tight and cut too high in the neck, whilst the jacket looks almost too large.

She has a great body, it deserves better clothes.

Also, just went back from seeing Iron Man 2. Gwyneth was the best thing in it.
I didn't like Pepper Potts in the first one (too whiny) but she was extra fierce in this one, had extended screen time and her wardrobe was gorgeous (it was fun watching her tottering on those insane stilettos: I was chuckling thorough the movie, almost waiting for her to fall on her back).
So while I though the the movie sucked, I would recommend it to Gwyneth fans because she gives a great performance.

now i really want to see pepper potts in high heels ! did she have scenes with scarlett ? and where they like enemies over robert downey jr.?

Not keen on the dress at all. The cut of the front neckline makes it look like she's put the dress on backwards.

Am I the only one who is not feeling her outfits for this promotion tour? Her outfits when promoting the first film were pitch-perfect. Not a miss in sight (IMO). Just blah... Does she have the same stylist? Maybe it's a good thing that there isn't a European tour. I would probably be even more disappointed.

Different stylist - it's Elizabeth Saltzman (of Vanity Fair) this time around. She and GP are friends and she's been styling her in the last year or so.

For Iron Man, it was Anna Bingemann and Maria Serra.

I knew about Anna and Maria being her stylists for the first film. You can kind of tell that she has a different stylist now. Two Victoria Beckham dresses? Anna and Maria would not approve. Gwyneth hasn't been to much red carpet events in the past year, but I did start to notice something about her red carpet style. She wore Elie Saab and Donna Karan as opposed to Chanel, Balmain and Gaultier.

Gwyneth did a feature on GOOP of her being "Elizabeth'd" in terms of her outfits, months back - her in Preen, Jasmine diMilo, Calvin Klein, Valentino, etc.

I think Gwyneth's best outfits come when she wears her famous designer friends - Valentino, Stella, etc. Also, people probably had high expectations. I definitely miss the Balmain, Chanel, Givenchy...

I am glad she's worn upcoming shoe designers though - good press for them!

i feel like they're putting too much focus on showing her legs and the overall effect is unflattering.. sure she has a great body, but like any body it needs to be dressed properly in order to look its best.. and right now the proportions are all off imo. i wish they'd stop trying to bare her legs all the time.. the chunky shoes are making herl legs look chunkier too (which they are not..)

the green lanvin looks like it might be stunning....fingers crossed..
