i definitely hear you, but i think that writer's concern is that health and fitness advice should come from health and fitness experts, not celebs who might not know the science. tracy anderson's career is in fitness/training, and her background is dance, so she seems like a good person to listen to for fitness advice. as i say, i think this guy makes some valid points based on the interview i heard, and certainly it's not a bad thing to write a book about how people should think twice before taking health-related advice coming from an actress/celeb as opposed to someone who's background is in the health field.. it's people's choice ultimately, but the more information out there, the better, i think.
