Girls just wanna have fun!

Judging from the smiles on their faces, longtime friends Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore treated themselves to a fun-filled ladies' night at a New York City restaurant Tuesday.

According to ET, the trio met up at Lower East Side bistro The Dirty French along with a few other female friends. An eyewitness at the bistro tells ET that the three famous friends were seated at a booth in the back of the restaurant – which requires guests to make reservations at least one month in advance – and looked "really giddy and excited to be having a girls' night out."

Paltrow, Diaz and Barrymore have been friends for many years (one need only peruse their fun and supportive Instagram photos to see the longtime connection) and were likely taking advantage of the fact that Paltrow was in town to promote her Goop pop-up store.
