Hairspray

Hey
I have really fine blonde hair that goes a couple inches past my shoulders. For a long time I have been using Alberto hairspray [extra hold]. You know ... drug store 3.99 in canada. Anyway, sometimes it holds, sometimes it doesn't. And it always always makes my bangs look either greasy or totally stiff.

Any ideas?
