You can buy the actual bag in the photo? it's by MercuryDuo

Or you can go the vintage route and seach ebay.
I did a very quick search and came up with this one... though it's snakeskin

Hi, I'm looking for a bag similar to this Dries Van Noten FW07 one. I would prefer one under $100 if possible. :) Thanks in advance!

I just want a plain, large, slouchy hobo/tote that I can put over my shoulder. Must be in a dark color.

I've never taken notice of them before, but maybe someone bought a nice one somewhere...? :ninja:

I'm in search of a leather bag, medium-sized, that retails for $600 or less. It must be able to be worn over the shoulder. I want something with character, but not something that screams "This is a [insert brand name here] bag!". :p Oh, and if it comes in a variety of colors to choose from, that'd be a plus.

Got anything in mind for me? :flower:

Thanks guys! ^_^ I actually been eying the Anna Corinna bags for awhile now. I think they're gorgeous, but my only reservations are about the quality. Are they built to last?

I'm biased, cause I just bought one, but, Ananas bags are great quality.. unique details... I wore it for the first time today and 2 different people stopped me to ask where I got my bag. ... walking to work, and then walking home.. haha.

seanut, that bag is really cool. Unfortunatly I havent seen anything like it. Have you checked sites like shopbop, activeendeavors, testimoboutique, etc? toutie (http://www.toutie.com/accessories.htm) also has lots of sites to check and with their coupon codes you may be able to find something nice for around $100.

Hello all! I need help finding a bag for myself.

I'm looking for a good school bag - something that wont weigh a ton but is large enough to carry around a load of books. My primary goal is to have something I can take with me to class that I can a) look good wearing b) will be sturdy enough to handle the back and forth on the train / being stuffed with texts and homework and c) wont feel like a brick.

Of course the main goal in my quest is something that looks fabulous I'm going for collegiate chic darlings. I'm not looking to spend more than 1500 unless its something like completely amazing that I can't possibly live without but lets face it if I'm going to be shoving this thing against the back of a desk and cramming it with papers it shouldn't be too ridiculously priced. Right?

Thank you in advance to anyone with suggestions!

i dont know how you feel about monograms..

but lv/gucci/goyard monogram canvas totes seem to be the best...
they're light.. waterproof.... and you wont have to worry about them getting ruined.. compared to leather...

but i dont even like those that much myself so i dont know... :ninja: but you have to admit that they are practical...

or you can get the new marc by mj dr.Q tote..
http://www.shopbop.com/shop/product...<>ast_id=1408474395181057&bmUID=1184980588753

or another tote from M by MJ..

or bags from ko.des seem to be pretty nice too.. ;)

hope this helped!

Thank you so much for the recs cloud9! Karma! I don't mind logos persay, I was actually thinking that a Goyard tote might be nice for exactly the reasons that you stated. I do like those Marc by Marc bags you've posted as well though. They're all very cute. The tote shape probably is the best thing for carting around books too :)

Oh I just love the Nightingale! Would you say that its ok in all weather? I'm very careful with my bags but I'm the forgetful sort who might just leave their umbrella at home. ^_^

Yeah...Why not...It should be alright for any weather, why not??The leather is durable and not fragile or anything like that ,so you can put it anywhere,it wont get dirty easily, especially the black one,It's truly a great bag,and I heard Barney's is having a SALE on them!!Why dont you check it out!!:D
