mlg -- are you looking for anything specific in a bag? The stam is one of my favorites, it matches just about everything and great for everyday. I also like balenciagas in fun colors but I know many people are put off by how much they are faked. YSL muse and downtown in patent are also nice. Let us know what you decide!

Okay gals (and guys), I'm looking into buying my first nice designer handbag and I'd really like your help.

First of all cost is kind of an issue, I'm a college student with very "practical" parents and a very "practical" boyfriend (you know the "Why would you spend that much money on just a bag when blah blah blah works just as well" kind ) so it would be coming out of my own pocket. I'm thinking about in the 1,000 to 1,500 range.

I'm looking for something rather simple and chic, that isn't so trendy that I wouldn't be caught dead with it next fall. I want to be able to use as an everyday bag, and such.

Anyone have any good ideas? I'll love you forever if you do.

I was actually looking at balenciaga bags, and was thinking either the balenciaga city or the balenciaga work. . .but that's exactly the 'kind' of bag I was thinking of.

I have my own predicament. I'm looking for a cute, everyday bag. I have a Bayswater and Miu Miu hobo, but they're both kind of big, and fancier than I want sometimes (I know they're not so fancy by other standards, but for me they are).

I'd like something slouchy and casual, but with nice leather that will hold up. I've liked things by Marc by Marc Jacobs in the past. But anyone have other ideas?

What would you guys recommend for a school shoulder bag at a reasonable price Preferably not to flashy, but that has a longer strap that you can put over one shoulder and it hangs down on your opposite hip (sorry, I don't know what you would call that )

I'm looking for a very practical leather bag that I can use every day
Would you say that black, medium gray, or brown is a better idea?

At first I liked the idea of the gray, but it's not a totally neutral grey - has a bit of extra warmth to it - and I'm not sure if it will be standing out too much, instead of blending into outfits

i wasn't even LOOKING for a bag and I had never even heard of hayden-harnett but i just went to their site and just ordered 2 bags!

and now i also want a wallet because i looked again!
to be fair, I am in the market for a new wallet
but i'm going to wait a little bit so that my credit card doesn't catch on fire from overuse

i need help looking for a bag for my mom please. i need something less than $700. she wants a large white handbag. it can be any style (hobo, tote, etc). and ebay will be perfectly fine!

ive only came up with 3 options so far and i dont think she will like any of them that much nor do i know if they are authentic.
