Harper's Bazaar France May 2025 : Nastassia Legrand by Sean Thomas

That's not what I mean. It was a reference to him being so painfully basic, even by today's standards. This cover story does little to convince me otherwise of his talents but it's OK I guess.

I love the concept of Stella's edit; really fun. I usually like Oliver's work these days but I think that speaks more to how poor his competition is and the level at which his contemporaries are performing in all honesty. Stella is not there yet as a print model though. Honestly a bit of schooling via Meisel (or his huge team of assistants) would do her some good.

The only fashion story that I like is "Libre Comme L'Air" by Oliver Hadlee Pearch. Not all of the photographs are good but a few are wonderful.

The voluminous hair just wins me over completely with this cover, and I think it's quite refreshing to see a fresh face on the cover as opposed to the usual suspects. I'm also very much here for the Brooke Shields references, which are even more apparent in Nastassia's cover story...
