I'd say from the lack of cover lines, price or barcode that this is just the beginning of an editorial? It's completely unlike any BAZAAR turkey cover. I've noticed recently a few models and creatives refer to shots like this as covers when really it's just a shot from the ed with a masthead added. Should the thread title be updated?

Cool idea, but I don't think the image works as a cover to be honest.
