Always great to see couture worn in real life and being clothes and not just "art pieces". I cringe when i see haute couture being lent to actors/models, which defies the whole point of it unless they bought it themselves.

I thought the same first but Monica posted on her Instagram the image with the dres and the year "1949" so I think her wedding gown is based on this dress from 1949:
