5'9.5'', the joy of towering over everybody.

I'm the exact same as you Katherine--5'9.5''. I especially enjoy being tall when I'm at a standing room only concert.

I'm 5'5 and I'm 14 but I will be 15 this March. Desperately need to be 6 feet by 17 for obvious reasons.

Heels?

I'm 5'7, but have always wanted to be taller. The only way that's gonna happen is if I wear tall heels, my growing is done! I think my younger sister got all the height in the family (nearly 6 foot). So unfair.

if you're doing any kind of weight lifting in a gym or anything else, stop. when you try to grow more muscles you'd end you being shorter.
i grew around 6cm after i stopped lifting weights (i was GOOD, i easily pushed my weight when lying flat)


i'm aprox 182 (need to check to make sure). how much is that in feet? like 6?

No, I don't do lifting weight, jogging actually. But right now, I'm doing this exercise from this website

The only way to increase growth is surgery. Genes make you as tall as you need to be.

Surgery is only eligible for people really short like under 5'. If you're 5'5" (like me ) the doctors will turn you away. And not many doctors can perform that surgery either. At least, it's true in the States.

Many Chinese women undergo this surgery to participate in the Miss Universe and such pageants.

Don't worry tessa484. Eating won't make you taller. Not even drinking milk. It'll make your bones stronger, but that's about it.

5'3" You guys are so lucky to be taller. I love to wear heels but I am usually at school where everyone wears flipflops... I go to college near the beach. And the other half of my time I am working at a law firm busting my butt off walking up and down stairs and hauling files around the office so I can't wear super tall heels.

6' to 6'1" - I havnt measured myself in a while. Im glad that im tallish, my sister is like 5'2". Wierd huh?
