yeah tweedy. i understand how ure feeling. i have that height-syndrome too. keep comparing my height with my friends who, unfortunately for me, are all taller than me. im 5'3..on the petite size.
though i have no problems finding clothes that fit me nicely, i cant help but wish everyday, that for some cosmic imbalance of some sort, i'll wake up the next day towering at 5'9...lol
I wonder if we could reprogram ourselves to think that petite is attractive (which it SO is). Maybe for those who feel short compared to their friends, consider that as being dainty!

I have tiny feet, and for some reason I love that. Tall women have much bigger feet, so I guess I can convince myself to say that my height is right for me because it gives me the feet size that I want.....

or something....
Just trying to suggest ways of looking at height that would make whatever height you are be your favourite feature. Whether you're tall, short or somewhere in between. I think that happened in the breast culture over the last few years. I remember several years ago my flatish chested friends really envied my 34Cs

, but now breasts of all sizes are "popular", and my friends are loving their bodies so much more. They don't consider themselves as lacking something, but prefer their own size because there's a lot of fashion that suits a smaller chest, and the whole firmness and perkiness thing seems better the smaller it is (I'm going to have saggers when I'm old). And I don't know, bigger is just not better any more. Not worse, but not better. I like that!
So maybe height can become that way too. One just has to consider the positives of their own height. Perhaps when someone is shorter a positive is that they don't hit their head on the ceiling in airplanes like they're taller friends might.

Or, it's easier getting out of cars. Or for women who like taller men, there is a greater pool to choose from. Haha.
