Height / How tall are you?

My grandfather on my mum's side was 5'7", and my grandmother was only 5'1", and my mum ended up at 5'5", which I think is quite good. My grandfather on my dads side is 5'8", and my grandmother is 5'1" too, but my dad ended up at almost 6'0", my aunt at 5'11", and my uncle at 6'4".ivypixie said:

You;re only 14! There is probably a change that you're still growing, all I suggest is proper sleep, eating nutritiously (make sure you recieve all of your daily intakes of vitamins and minerals!!!), and milk. There's some information you can get off the net, but don't believe in the scams such as miracle pills and stretches. BTW: You can ask your doctor to see if your bones have fused completely... if they have you can't grow anymore

I grew 5 inches when I was 15-17 and then between the ages of 18-20, I grew about 2 inches.

ALL of your daily intake requirements (A,B,C, etc, you know?... I hope you've learnt them in health class?). Nutrient deficiency = mal nutrition = height stunt = AHH!
From what I've read, I don't think a specific vitamins makes you grow taller, eating balanced nutrients = allows you to reach your potential height. Good sleep is essential because: HGH (the hormone for height growth) is released when you sleep.
I'm not a doctor though, but I do read a lot about height growth (Im obsessed), I'm sure there's lots of sites you can google up

I'm 5'3" and just turned 18 in April. I'm dying to grow another 3 inches but i seriously doubt i will. I was even considering buying kids multivitamins like Dynajets because they always advertise kids growing on them hahaha

i'm 14, and about 5'4 I think. I've heard of the "you stop growing once you've gotten your period" thing, and I got mine when I was like 12. I also heard you stop growing when you're 16. lol, Anyone know which is actually true? I want to grow at least 3 inches!

I've noticed at my high school that many of the girls around my height (5'7) have older sisters that are 5'11-6'2. Which means there is a really good chance that you will grow more, too- you can never depend on stuff on the net, or even doctors- whatever will be will be!
