The 51-year-old Oscar winning actress rode the waves on her boogie board before changing out of her wetsuit and into a bikini. Helen also wore a ton of sunscreen on her face to keep her skin healthy!

Helen recently wrote, directed, and starred in a film titled Ride, which also stars Luke Wilson and Brenton Thwaites. Look out for it in theaters sometime this year!
