Actually the prices are non-reflective to the American prices. They actually price their merchandise according the what the falgship store in Paris decides. I was talking to a Sales Associate and she let me in on this info.

Example:

Hermes Tie: $155.00 USD
Converted: $ 176.47 CND
Hermes Price in Canada: $190 CND

That I'm not quite sure why it's done that way. I was just told that when it comes to the price, the American price is not reflective in Canadian funds.

and way more expensive in asia
same can be found in us products
for ex: Clinique DOUBLE its prices in France

a little bit less for really thin bracelets with coloured letters/logo/whatever
1000 +++ Eur for the Chaine d'ancre or Alea (both in silver)
something like 650 eur for the collier de hien in togo (not croc haha)
300 for simple ivory (not really ivory but.. bull ivory) bracelets
etc etc

Do you know if it is possible to place an order by phone and have them deliver to address in the US? I've done it for a McQueen item in London and they were more than happy to do so... and would like to do the same in this case with Hermes. Thanks.
