Thanks everyone! I know for some people the bracelet bothers them - I really like some 'different' things though, and I don't see it happening....this is made of box leather - it is comfortable. It may not be during winter if putting on and off a coat but I'm not worried about it now lol! I changed my ring on that hand to my david yurman with a blue stone and it looks really nice!

By the way, we got the same scarf, but mine is in blue color. The pics of those boys are really cute and I just love the way the brown tone in various parts compliments my gold HAC!!

Thanks! And I'm sure I will have to get more, actually that blue bracelet is my second one from Hermes!! The first one I got is the double tour leather bracelet in orange color but with different buckle!

Thank you for that picture! I think that is what one SA was trying to explain (I wasn't getting it though) to me - I like that a lot!! (the gentleman was telling me the buckle was a stretched out "H" -- which I just couldn't picture!!)

According to my SA, the buckle represented the "H" which is the initial of Hermes!! My SA convinced me to get this particular bracelet as my very first bracelet because:

1) this orange tone is always one of Hermes classic colors (look at all the boxes and paper bags); and

2) the buckle "H" was from Hermes.

That is a excellent choice, I got one of these in black with ruthenium for a relative last year, (she loved it) but I was very tempted by the orange for the reason you list above.

Did you also see the belts that look like this? very nice, I will probably get one for the same relative as the bracelet for her birthday, I am just waiting to see if they will come in with the ruthenium buckle.

Thanks! Actually they are designed to be used as key chains. I use the sparrow one as a charm and hang it with my HAC (instead of hanging the lock). I really like them together as the hardware of my HAC is the palladium. I use the leather bear one as the key chain.

I really like that idea, tommorow I will start my next trip to hermes...maybe I will find a nice charm for my bag, or a bag to go with a charm (that I have not bought yet!lol: its an endless shopping spree, that we, hermes lovers face
