Hey guys, you are the Hermes scarf experts so I'll ask: Can you verify the authenticity of this scarf? I figured there are copies of everything so...

I can't see it from close up but from one of the short side it should have a little label

I have one of those, but never seen one in 2 colours only.

Sometimes sellers offer *a* Hermes box, even if its not the original (they usually state if its the original box or not.)

If they are trying to pass that off as the original box, I would be careful. I'm not a Hermes expert (yet) so take this what a grain of salt.

Lovely I think a purple scarf is definitely on my list. I also wish they would release some more Twillys on the website, I either have all of them, or it's the goofy golf balls ones that I refuse to buy!

I'm still hoping to get my hands on the Josephine Baker scarf they had for spring, but it never appeared online and my guess is it's gone. Maybe I will get lucky when we go to Chicago in Dec.

I was perusing ebay for Twillys...and came across this in the description..
"brand new in Hermes box with the orginial Marble egg"
In the picture there is a pinkish egg shaped marble thing..I have ten Twillys..all purchased from Hermes directly and never have received this marble egg they speak of..is this something this whacko seller made up..or do they put eggs in Twilly boxes??

I just got my first hermes scarves this christmas from my darling~ It's a twilly scarf. I use it VERY OFTEN as a hairband, and occasionally as a ribbon to decorate plain handback ( since my scarf is checkered )

Love it to bits~ Worth the price!

PS. Never heard of the egg stuffs at all.

This thread had made me wanting to buy some Hermes scarves now...
I remember I was so keen to buy one for my mum so we went into the boutique. But there was no customers inside except us and the SA was trying to show me EVERYTHING! I got very confused in the end in front of all those colors and prints and choices so I walked out of the lovely Hermes and bought a Ferragamo scarf instead.
