I so wish to be you... I am currently working on having this same philosophy... and at the same time using the monies that I recieve from my ebay sales of the shoes to pay down my credit card that I used to buy all these unnecessary shoes....

I've to confess that sometimes if I really like a pair of shoes I 'm able to buy a number different from mine!!I 'm a size 39 (italian size) and I've shoes from 38 to 41!!...

Same thing here... I'm a size 7.5-8 but I have everything from 7-9. With some shoes, especially boots I think, it's easy to get away with a diffrent size. My gucci corset heels are a 9.5, their huge but becuase of the style, no one can tell!

i can NEVER have enough shoes, it's an addiction.......sometimes i buy up to 5 pairs at once, and then, the next day i go there again and even buy another one cos i forgot to take it the day before........i'm really bad, i know.

I did a quick count last night in the four closets where I keep my shoes and boots. I have 278 pairs of shoes and 22 pairs of boots, and I haven't even started buying yet for fall. I would say that about 90% of my shoes are heels.

I'm temporarily going in the opposite direction: I've pared down to a mere 82 pairs (of heels, that is) from a peak count of over 100, but I can feel the urge to start building up again. So much great stuff coming out - wedges and loafers and clogs, oh my!

I have around 60 or so, give or take a few. And I thought that was a lot! Hahaha in comparison to some of you, it's barely anything. But then again, it still is a fair amount.

I just can't help it, I love shoes! Shoes & Lingerie seem to be my main addictions. I just can't get enough of them for whatever reason. But shoes would be first, definitely. I've been in Greece for a week now and I've already purchased 4 pairs. 3 pairs of pumps, and one pair of flats. And I'm sure I'll be purchasing more.

OK, I confess: About 150 pairs. But that counts the "active" ones in the closet, the storage ones in the garage and the "ready to go to Goodwill" ones in the basement!

Flats, heels, cool shoes of all kinds - I just love them. Now, if I can avoid buying more boots in September.

But I do not wear all of them..... ...I only wear my Converse All Stars hi tops in black.... ...everyday, all the time, everywhere.
