How Much Sleep Do You Get?

Right now I am on my Christmas vacation so I am getting at least 10 hrs of zzzzz.... every night. Though just last week I was only sleeping about 3hrs per night because all of my exams.

I'm actually an insomniac which really sucks, lol. Trust me.

I usually get about 3 hours a night, finally falling asleep at about 2am and naturally waking at 5am.

I haven't had it long - my doctor says its due to stress and its just a very extreme case, so I'm yoga-ing and relaxing as much as I can. Hopefully it will improve *crosses fingers*

i get 6-7 on week nights and 7-8 on weekends. i am going to catch up during break with my natural 9 hours of sleep routine.

Too much! i go to bed around 11ish and wake up at 10ish, can you say lazy?

between 6 nad 8 hours. I like sleep but I have no time because i have to weak up early at 6 am. Then i have to go to a bus stop and later i go by bus to my school... I was late on a bus stop today because i was sleeping too long... : P

I don't need that much sleep, around 6 hours. I won't go to bed before midnight, cause i love to read in the bed. i  this ritual and it gives me a good sleep.

you guys, are you crumpy in the mornings or usually in a good mood, when you wake up?

i'm a b*tch until i've had my morning tea. my mum can't even talk to me. she loves that.

Now that its winter break. I get about 7-8, so I'm happy about that.

I have to get up at 6:30-ish everyday for school. When I have a test that day I get up at 5:00 to do some last-minute studying. I usually go to bed at around 1:30, the earliest this year I think was 11. So yeah, 3-6 hours a day. I definetly don't get enough, hence my trouble staying awake in class...

9 hrs?!?!...damn woman..!!!

i need 8 hrs of sleep...i will automatically wake up after eight if i am left alone...
so i know that this is what my body requuires...

but for the past year...my upstairs neighbor wakes me up after only 5-6 hrs...
as result i am foggy and groggy and sometimes particularly grumpy...

it's a serious issue in my life right now... anyone have any tips on how to get this guy to quiet down?...i've tried everything from yelling & threatening to tears...he just apoplogizes and keeps right on doing what he's doing...very nonchalantly...slamming the front door...refusing to wear slippers around the house...running up and down the stairs...dropping things on the floor...dragging chairs across the floor...slamming drawers...etc... his footsteps are so heavy that my apt vibrates and dust falls from the ceiling at times... :ermm:

I have the exact same problem. They're my downstairs neighbors and they have a 4 year old little girl who runs and screams through the apartment. As if that's not enough they have tiles throughout the entire apartment and walk up and down the stairs about 30 times a day (no, that's not an exaggeration) and slam the doors.

I'm dead tired if I get under 7 hours. usually I go to bed so early I get 9 hours of sleep. .. I have been at work with only 1,5 hours of sleep but it's hard to do that more than one day, without naps at least

I work in a bar most nights so don't finish work til after midnight and then have to wind down, usually by reading or coming on tfs. My average nights sleep is 2am-10/11am (i've been really lucky with my classes at uni this past year and none have been before 12pm!)

I also have little cat naps during the day too, i  snoozing! It's really p*****g me off at the mo though, because my bro just finished his GCSE's and my mam is a teacher so both are on summer holidays now and get up at like 7am and just crash and bang and talk really loudly right outside my room! so inconsiderate  . I am also SERIOUSLY grumpy unless I wake up of my own accord :ninja:
