im not getting any right now. it's partly my own fault. too many essays, too much reading for class, not doing enough work in the daytime (shopping instead) so i work into the night, etc. But i just can't work in the day. at night it's really quiet so it's great-in the day all i do is read fashion magazines, come on tfs, shop... it's my way of juggling the two.

have you tried seeing a doctor? a friend of mine had terrible insomnia, and she went to see a few specialists - I'm not sure what they did, but she's gotten much betterOriginally posted by catherinea@Dec 9 2004, 04:46 PM
I have severe insomnia. I just cannot calm down! Last night . Bed about 6am and up at 10am. My average is asleep 4-5am and up 10am. only if i'm lucky! I am seriously worried actually. I am 20 so I do not know if it will affect health but i have been like this my whole life.
