There is a thread for SS 2012 with different models and photographers. Are you sure that this is SS12, which it could be, or perhaps for another season like Pre-Fall?

According to the source it is SS 2012
I'm confused also, but it wouldn't be the first time that a brand shoots parallel campaigns (like Dior Homme has Willy Vanderperre campaigns and Karl Laferfeld campaigns at the same time)

I think it's Summer 2012, rather than Spring Summer 2012.

As confirmed by Hugo Boss twitter, it's SUMMER ad campaign. The one with Alessandra Ambrosio is SPRING ad campaign.
