There's this girl on youtube her name on there is called "askmemakeup" and she has GREAT! tutorials for this look. She also has her own website that she's still working on that is going to sell makeup...possibly inspired retro makeup colors and etc. Im not sure Im just guessing. But you can watch some of her tutorials...
