hey all! I took a couple of pictures of stencils in and around my eye which i will post later after charging my camera. I found it difficult to find a stencil that worked and was easy to use since i was a bit slack about the lace and no stores were open NYE. I used a doyley like you suggested chanel and that was definately the best stencil but i liked the pattern on it the least (well for what I was going for). I found that paints were the best makeup to use for it. Creme eyeshadows were too wet and dry eyeshadow took a lot more time. Other stencils I used were patterned tights (which I literally on my head - hilarious) and in the end used the lace off a cami that i secured to my head. The problem is I only had time for one go after all my experimenting and while i thought it looked sort of cool it was too far away from my hairline so i was bit like ehhh. so i just removed it. But anyway i would be up for tryingi t again and i wanted to share my experiences here with you all....
