Iris Strubegger

Freja and Abbey got the Chanel, i doubt Lagerfeld casted more models (except Baptiste).
Fendi is a bigger name but the collection was not so interesting (and Anja opened and closed it). The concept of the Lagerfeld show was more exciting at least for me.

^Always love Iris at Balenciaga she fits the strong vibe of the clothes, but it was nice to see her in one of the prettier pieces of the show this time, i love the color on her:heart:

Fendis apparently shot in NYC so when shes in Paris it cant be Fendi... perhaps Karl Lagerfeld ?

^on the last page is an interview where she mentions a campaign shoot by Lagerfeld in Paris.

It must be Karl Lagerfeld then which is no suprise but still a little disappointment for me. She so deserves something bigger but it's logical since she opened and closed a Karl Lagerfeld show before, he seems to think that she embodies this brand better than Fendi.

Oh, okay. As i said before Fendi is a bigger name, but the aesthetic of Lagerfeld suits more to Iris. But hope she will get other campaigns (like Givenchy), she deserves more...

Finally, Supreme's last model icon leaves, it was about time. ^_^

Iris Strubegger: Supreme NYC -> Women NYC

oh wow i was actually quite sure shed follow rowland to ford. womens so... commercial

^Take another look at Women's Board, there's Poly, Jamie Bochert, Iselin, Rianne, Maria Carla, Snejana, Vlada, Kasia and quite a few others, if they are commercial, they are commercial in a good way. I am more worried that she will not get the attention at Women that she received at Supreme, because she was pretty much Supreme's star model versus at Women she will be one of the stars versus the star. Still she fits into Women's niche quite well because Iris actually does cover the range from runway and editorial to catalog.

I also wouldn't call Women "commercial" per se... Of course they've got some girls on their board with a more "overall"-appeal than Iris has, but diversity is something you will find on almost every (successful) agencies' board.
Anyway, can't wait what Iris has up to her sleeve this season, campaign-wise ^_^
