J.W. Anderson S/S 2015 by Jamie Hawkesworth

I love how cinematographic it feels.

He's always had wonderful campaigns so far. I always look forward to them.

Gorgeous. Love the colors in the female shot.

Will never get tired of saying how talented Jamie is. He's one of a kind. His photographs have so much identity.

Sorry for double posting, could someone merge it? I sent the message twice. :ninja:

Jamie is the best fashion photographer nowadays....you cant compare that shot to the ones Meisel photographed for Anderson´s first Loewe collection, just a waste of paper.

Jamie really is the voice of the new generation of fashion photographers. Lovely, as always.

Are we sure that's Phillipa? Love her shot!

J.W. Anderson’s spring campaign captures the moody, subversive play on the seaside aesthetic that designer Jonathan Anderson channeled in his hit spring 2015 collection. Shot by photographer Jamie Hawkesworth and styled by Benjamin Bruno, the campaign shows two images of a male and female model side by side, both emerging from the sea at Southwold beach, on England’s North Sea coast.

According to Anderson, the idea behind the images was that the models should appear like “sea monsters” rising out of the surf. The campaign was art directed by M/M (Paris) and the two unnamed models were both picked from a street casting

I hate street castings.

I love this campaign, so fresh and different. Jamie is a genius.

Another street cast from Jamie is neat, the woman in the image looks great. Jamie easily becoming the most fascinating photographer, he has such an identity in his style of shooting.

Is there anything J.W. does wrong in terms of executing these campaigns? Absolutely none.
His team is so solid - I am in awe at how the campaign images look brilliant each season.

I like it. Reminds me of the scene in Carnival of Souls when Mary emerges from the water.

Very effortless and sophisticated. Love it.

The man looks better. But the woman looks awkward.

It's nice to see that there will be at least one ad campaign this season that has a soul. These are beautiful.
